Originally conceived as a response to America's 'Liberty Bell’, I sculpted this bell using techniques and materials from the medieval period. It was cast with a deliberate fracture and ultimately shot with a sniper rifle, granting its weak and fragile voice, emblematic of the fragility of democracy and social freedom.
