A reimagining of Nicolas Poussin’s original composition of silk draped wax figures for the ‘Extreme Unction’, the last of his paintings representing the seven sacraments. The central theme of the painting is the inevitability of human mortality. Commissioned by the Fitzwilliam Museum Cambridge. In collaboration with Siân Lewis.
