Abstract
Andrew Lacey and Siân Lewis spent two weeks in spring 2015 with the Making and Knowing Project leading students in lifecasting experiments. In their essay, they provide an account of Lacey’s experimentation and analysis of lifecasting techniques in advance of the Making and Knowing Residency, the real-time x-ray videos of metal casting they produced, and the whirlwind of Making and Knowing Lab activity in spring 2015.
