Two experimental reconstructions of a Renaissance bronze sculpture were created for the volume 'A Michelangelo Discovery: The Rothschild Bronzes and the Case for Their Proposed Attribution’. These reconstructions aimed to closely resemble the original sculptures’ facture. This meticulous approach allowed for the testing of scientific uncertainties, revelation of new evidence and the scrutiny of alternative hypotheses. Commissioned by the Fitzwilliam Museum Cambridge
