I created a unique wax sculpture inspired by Nicolas Poussin’s drawing 'The Abduction of the Sabines’, which was displayed alongside the drawing that inspired it in the National Gallery’s exhibition 'Poussin and the Dance’. Later, I cast a bronze version from the wax model, which was acquired by the Royal Collection Trust. The bronze sculpture and the original drawing are now permanently housed together in the Royal Collection. The sculpture was commissioned by the National Gallery London for the exhibition 'Poussin and the Dance' in 2021 and acquired by the Royal Collection Trust in 2023.
